Brian brings more than 24 years of healthcare experience and a proven track record of building growth platforms, raising significant capital, and leading mission-driven organizations. He has raised over $1.3 billion for children’s hospitals, authored 20 books, and launched and operated a Top 10 entrepreneurship center at the collegiate level.

Dr. Pickle brings 18 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with expertise in provider operations, patient-centered care, product lifecycle management, market research, and client success. His work supports Sentra Core Health’s provider network, care coordination, and operational delivery model.

Steve Cagnazzi Chief Systems Officer
