Simple Device Reservation Structure

Qualified Health Access Partners can reserve a MIRA device with a $15,000 deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Partner participation is subject to final approval, agreement terms, territory availability, and launch readiness.

  • Includes the MIRA device, placement support, location planning, software access, provider network coordination, and the connected Sentra Core Health ecosystem needed to launch a local healthcare access point.

Reservation Deposit: $15,000

  • A $15,000 deposit reserves your MIRA device and begins the partner approval, territory review, launch planning, and onboarding process. The remaining device balance is due prior to shipping.

Structured Payment Plans

  • Qualified Health Access Partners may be eligible for structured payment options. After the initial reservation deposit, approved partners may choose from available monthly payment plans based on final approval, device availability, and launch readiness.
